From when she was very young Emily liked swings and as she grew she liked all kinds of swings, boat swings, tree swings, roundabout swings and, to the horror of anyone watching, swing dodging-that's running in front of a swing without being hit.
When she was little she liked nothing better than getting all her friends, Igglepiggle, Lala, Fifi and the Tombliboos in the swing and going to sleep.
